Over the past 10 years, Jody's creativity and vision combined with a no-nonsense style has earned him a reputation in the industry as an extraordinarily knowledgeable and insightful entrepreneur. In his "prior life", Jody was both a commercial and residential broker.

Joe formulates and implements the sales strategies for Mobile Callback in the Security Guard Industry. He has a twenty-year successful track record in all areas of security, management, operations and administration. Joe graduated from Illinois State Police Academy in 1978 and worked for five years in public law enforcement prior to private security employment. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Tarkio College.

Scott Davis
Vice President and Chief Technology Officer
Scott holds the same titles at Realty Times, which he co-founded. He manages all of the software development and system implementations for all Mobile Callback systems. Scott has over 20 years of experience managing, developing, and implementing mission-critical software projects. Scott graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering. He also has an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas.

John Giaimo
John holds the position of Vice President Business Development for Realty Times. Previously, as the founder of HomeSeekers.com, John pioneered the infrastructure used in today's online real estate marketplace. Drawing on his 17 years of real estate and technology expertise, Giaimo brings a unique understanding of how technology can meet the needs of consumers. John's former company prior to HomeSeekers.com, Visual Listings, was the first company to place a full MLS on the Internet, through the HomeSeekers.com site. Before founding Visual Listings in 1990, Giaimo operated a chain of computer stores that specialized in custom networks. An icon in the industry, Giaimo has helped to create a powerhouse in the online real estate industry that will continue to write the rules and set the pace for years to come.

Chris Warrick
Chris is currently Vice President of Operations for Realty Times, which he co-founded. He is responsible for the publication and distribution of all Realty Times content. Chris also manages the content and creation of all Realty Times e-newsletters, including the Real Estate Update. In 1994, Chris was part of the original team that formed and developed TitleLink.
